  Run away! Don't waste your time with this company. I too purchased the Living Social deal for lawn aeration and was disappointed (to say the least). The communication is the worst I've ever seen. I first started by calling this company. This guy's voicemail says text me if you want a faster response. Well, I wanted a phone call. So I left a voicemail. This was on a Wednesday. Friday - no reply. So I texted him. No reply. The following Monday, I text him again and alluded to the fact that he hadn't replied to my attempts to contact him. I had asked in my text message if it was too early to do Bermuda grass. He FINALLY texted back saying to wait 2 weeks - nothing else was said. No offer to schedule me two weeks out. This was mid-May. So I did what he said. I waited 2 weeks. Then I tried to call him this past Friday. He didn't answer his phone, so I just texted him. No reply (large surprise). So I texted him today (Monday June 1) again at 9:30 am asking him to tell me when he could schedule me. 4:30 pm he replies and says June 30th (today is June 1st - so 1 month waiting).
  
  Here's my question. If he knew he had a 4 week backlog, why couldn't he have scheduled me 2 weeks ago and told me it was a 4 week backlog then?
  
  Bottom line: His communication skills are an F. His scheduling is an F. I NEVER want to deal with this guy again. I don't write reviews often - I typically only read them. But you as the consumer deserved to be warned. If you like poor communication and long wait times, then perhaps he'll do a great job for you - I really don't know. But I didn't feel like scheduling a month out, to then have it possibly rain the day he's supposed to show up, and then potentially get bumped back another month, all the while having to put up with this guy's terrible communication. So I just asked Living Social for a refund and can't be happier to be rid of this guy.
